Sportsbet Pty Ltd is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to shape ideas from exploration to delivery within the MarTech Platforms team. You will unify perspectives, create clarity when paths aren’t obvious, and help deliver meaningful value while supporting other BAs and elevating analysis practices.

You’ll lead stakeholders, manage a prioritised backlog, and drive high-quality analysis across initiatives, in a collaborative, growth‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating ideas into actionable outcomes in a BA capacity.
• Clear, adaptable communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with a transparent backlog.
• Strategic and solution-focused thinking to navigate ambiguity.
• Familiarity with Kanban or flow-based delivery; Agile principles understood.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Lead explorations across initiatives, defining problems, opportunities and requirements before mapping a way forward.
• Own and maintain the initiative backlog, ensuring visibility and ready-to-deliver work.
• Mentor Delivery Business Analysts and share knowledge to grow the team.
• Lead and evolve BA practices, upholding quality and standards.
