About The Role

As our Senior Business Analyst, you’ll help shape how ideas move from exploration through to delivery across the MarTech Platforms team. You’ll bring people and perspectives together, create clarity when the path forward isn’t obvious, and help the team focus on work that delivers meaningful value. You’ll also support other Business Analysts and help build consistent, high-quality Business Analysis practices.

Responsibilities Include:

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, setting clear expectations and working together to align priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Lead explorations across multiple initiatives, helping teams understand problems, opportunities and requirements before identifying a way forward.
• Own and maintain the initiative backlog, creating visibility and ensuring prioritised work is ready when delivery teams need it.
• Support and mentor Delivery Business Analysts, sharing knowledge and helping people develop their skills and confidence.
• Lead and evolve Business Analysis practices, taking accountability for quality and standards while encouraging practical and inclusive ways of working.

About You

What You Will Bring:

You’re a collaborative and thoughtful Business Analyst who enjoys asking questions, listening to different perspectives and turning ambiguity into clarity. You communicate in a way that works for different audiences and bring empathy to your relationships with others. You don’t need to have followed one particular career path to succeed in this role. We’re interested in the skills and experience you bring, including transferable experience gained in different teams, industries or environments.

• Business Analysis experience, with the ability to understand products and requirements and translate ideas into achievable outcomes.
• Clear and adaptable communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen, influence and manage expectations across different stakeholder groups.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with experience balancing multiple initiatives and maintaining a clear backlog of work.
• Strategic and solution-focused thinking, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems and create useful structure.
• Experience with Kanban or other flow-based ways of working and an understanding of Agile delivery practices. Familiarity with JIRA can be useful but isn’t essential.
