Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Wealth management experience is essential.
• Strong track record in financial services and compliance understanding.
• Experience with agile delivery and writing user stories.
• Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather requirements.
• Translate complex challenges into clear requirements and user stories.
• Align with Group counterparts to maintain global standards.
• Break down epics into well-formed stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support QA, knowledge transfer, and end-user documentation.
• Contribute to project planning, risk management, and reporting.
