Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to support Deceased Estates business processes. You will liaise with Agile delivery teams and key stakeholders to gather and document requirements, perform impact assessments, and help design new processes.

The role includes coordinating UAT and BPIV activities, supporting change management, training, and communications to ensure business readiness as UNITE transformation initiatives progress.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Business Analyst with Deceased Estates or estate administration.
• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Experience performing impact assessments and process analysis.
• Familiar with agile/Scrum and UAT.
• Skilled in change management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in SOP documentation and training/communication.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Senior Business Analyst supporting Deceased Estates business processes.
• Assess the impact of UNITE transformation initiatives on business operations.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Work closely with Agile delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Perform impact assessments and process analysis.
• Support process design and SOP updates.
• Coordinate UAT and BPIV activities.
