Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to evaluate downstream impacts of the UNITE transformation for the Complaints business in Customer Production and Support. You will define requirements, support Agile delivery, and drive readiness through impact assessments, process design, SOP updates, training, UAT, BPIV and change management activities.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a business analyst in banking or financial services.
Proven ability to elicit, document and translate business needs into stories and acceptance criteria.
Strong Agile delivery, UAT, BPIV, and change-management capabilities.
Experience mapping current-state and future-state processes and SOP updates.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation program.

Responsibilities

Evaluate downstream impacts of UNITE transformation initiatives on the Complaints business.
Define business requirements and support agile delivery teams.
Lead impact assessments, process design and readiness activities.
Develop SOPs, training materials, UAT scenarios, and communications.
Coordinate BPIV, end-to-end testing, and risk/impact analyses.
