XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a senior Business Analyst with API integration experience in the Banking domain to drive UNITE transformation initiatives within Customer Production and Support.

You will define business requirements, support Agile delivery, and lead workshops, impact assessments, SOP updates, and UAT to ensure successful delivery and change readiness across affected teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of business analysis experience in Banking.
Must have API integration experience in Banking domain.
Understand downstream impacts, UAT and BPIV within Agile contexts.

Responsibilities

Conduct impact assessments of upstream UNITE Transformation projects to identify downstream impacts to Customer Production and Support.
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for delivery teams.
Translate business needs into delivery-ready artefacts, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT and BPIV testing, including defect management.
Support change management activities and training material development.
