Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Melbourne Hub. You will support a diverse range of projects and client programs, gathering requirements, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering comprehensive documentation for technical teams.

You will lead with critical analysis, clear communication, and problem-solving skills, contributing to project success across various industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or related fields; Master’s degree is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience collaborating and creating analysis models for complex projects across industries including aerospace.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management in change environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and generate advanced project schedules aligned with strategic goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior management, project teams and external partners to secure support and resources.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management and stakeholders for real-time visibility into progress.
• Analyze project data and deliver reports and metrics to enable data-driven insights for optimisation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in PPM practices.
