Job summary

At UnicornX Pty is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a major enterprise environment. You will bridge business and technology, lead stakeholder discovery, and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions across transformation and APIs.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne. Engagement: 12-month fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with delivery teams, architects and developers, and contribute to AI-enabled initiatives and system integrations.

This is an end-to-end BA role for someone who can genuinely bridge business and technology - confidently leading stakeholder discovery, challenging assumptions and translating complex requirements into detailed, implementable solutions.

The Role

• Lead business discovery, stakeholder workshops and requirements analysis.

The Ideal Candidate

You're a business-first BA with strong technical depth.

You don't jump straight to technology. You first understand the business problem, challenge assumptions and define what needs to be achieved.

You're equally comfortable leading a workshop with 20-30 stakeholders and working with developers on detailed integration requirements.
