Job summary

FinXL Professional Services in Sydney CBD is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to join as a full-time onsite role. You will provide business and systems analysis for Data platforms, reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead.

The role requires translating complex business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications, with a focus on mapping requirements to acceptance criteria and road-mapping improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT preferred.
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder management and process mapping.
• Experience in writing - business and functional.
• Project management experience would be viewed favourably.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
• Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.
• Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
• Documenting technical specifications.
• Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.
• Document such changes, and write and communicate user stories as necessary.

We are seeking a IT Business Systems Analyst to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Sydney CBD. Reporting to the Business Systems Team Lead, you will be providing business/systems analysis services and advice on complex issues relating to Data platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Creating Epic and Jira Stories against the use case and requirements.
• Analysing existing use case documents to create stories to align development for new system.
• Organising Journey walk-through of stories and mapping of stories to Accept criteria to apprehend coverage.
• Documenting technical specifications.
• Writing the technical road-map from the as-is state to the to-be state.

• Demonstrated craft to translate complex business requirements into product requirements / user stories

You will have the following skills/experience:

• Bachelor degree in IT preferred
