Job summary

Speller International is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to back a major digital transformation project. You will drive process improvement, stakeholder engagement and technology delivery, translating complex findings into clear actionable insights for the business and technical teams.

You will lead stakeholder workshops, define requirements, map current and future-state processes, and support procurement, vendor selection and solution design.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in business or systems analysis across ICT, digital transformation or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, business partnering and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable insights.

Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation project, driving process improvement, stakeholder engagement and technology delivery.

About the role

Working with stakeholders across the business, you’ll analyse fleet telematics information and help identify opportunities to strengthen fleet performance, operations and decision-making. You’ll translate findings into insights that are easy to understand and useful to the people who need them.

This is a daily rate contract role until the 26th of February.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarity with enterprise asset management, fleet management or transportation systems is advantageous.
