You'll bring a consultative approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead discovery activities and facilitate workshops to gather requirements, align stakeholders, and define future-state solutions.

  • Analyse and map current-state processes, systems, and capabilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation.

  • Develop high-quality business analysis and change artefacts, including requirements, process maps, business cases, impact assessments, and change plans.

  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate short and long-term impacts across people, processes, systems, risk, and compliance.

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, managing competing priorities and driving alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Partner with business teams, technology experts, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Support the successful delivery and adoption of change initiatives, helping to define target-state processes and enable smooth business transitions.

Who we are looking for:

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who combines strong business analysis expertise with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. You'll be a confident facilitator who can build trusted relationships, challenge assumptions, and translate complex business needs into practical solutions.

You’ll bring:

  • Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally within banking and/or financial services.

  • Experience gathering and analysing requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into effective solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.

  • Experience delivering digital, automation, integration, data, or process improvement initiatives.

  • In-depth expertise across several domains of Banking industry products, services, processes, and supporting technology platforms and systems.

  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.

  • Professional certification such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

What we can offer:

  • Discounts and savings off a range of our products and services.

  • Access to additional five days of leave.

  • Ambulance Victoria Membership.
