Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale data engineering solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms, ETL/ELT and integration technologies.
- Experience with AI, ML or advanced analytics platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise data integration across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across data engineering initiatives and set engineering standards.
- Lead design and delivery of complex, scalable data pipelines and integrations.
- Mentor and develop data engineering team members and manage performance.
- Collaborate with analytics and AI teams to deliver scalable data services.
- Ensure data governance, security, and quality practices across platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and delivery processes.
