Job summary

HammondCare invites an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead hands-on delivery of complex digital and business transformation initiatives in a regulated care environment. You will oversee multiple concurrent initiatives from discovery through implementation, coordinating business and technology teams, managing external partners and dependencies, and ensuring practical outcomes.

This is a 12- and 24-month fixed-term contract with hybrid work at St Leonards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to create structure from ambiguity and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex digital initiatives in a regulated care environment.
• Coordinate business and technology teams, manage external partners and dependencies.
• Translate business outcomes into structured delivery plans with milestones and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure timely delivery.
