Job summary
Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced L2/L3 Network Technical Support Engineer to provide post-launch support for a broadband network.
You will diagnose and resolve complex issues spanning access, IP, transport, and service layers, and work with NOC and engineering teams to restore service quickly. The ideal candidate brings hands-on troubleshooting across L2/L3, routing protocols, VRFs, QoS, and IP services, with multi-vendor experience and a track record in 24x7
Qualifications
- 5+ years in network engineering or technical support.
- Experience supporting large-scale IP/broadband networks.
- Experience in a 24x7 production environment.
- Experience troubleshooting multi-vendor networks.
- Networking certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-launch technical support for a broadband service provider's network and services.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network issues across access, aggregation, routing, IP services, and customer connectivity.
- Collaborate with NOC, network engineering, operations, architecture, vendors, and other technical teams to resolve production issues and improve network stability after launch.
- Investigate root causes and drive issues through to resolution.
- Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
