Job summary

Ericsson’s Network Operations Centre (NOC) Back Office team seeks an experienced network engineer who provides deep technical expertise across packet-core, IP, security and infrastructure, supporting high-availability mobile core services.

You will lead complex investigations with customers and cross-functional teams, prepare corrective actions and system changes, mentor engineers, and participate in 24x7 rotations to protect service quality and SLA commitments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in telecommunications or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of LTE, signaling, and network topology.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support across packet-core, IP, security, and infrastructure.
Investigate and resolve complex hardware, software, performance, and service issues in live networks.
Lead incident investigations with customers and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and validate implementation proposals, corrective actions, system changes, and preventive maintenance.
Represent Ericsson in technical customer meetings and contribute to performance improvements.
Coach less-experienced engineers and promote consistent operational practices.
Participate in emergency call-out and 24x7 support rotations.
