We are currently in search of a Level 2/L3 Network Engineer specialising in Cisco technologies!

As a Network Engineer, your role involves offering daily operational assistance to the company. You'll address second level faults primarily related to Cisco products, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
• Address and escalate client requests promptly.
• Offer assistance both onsite and remotely as needed.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to junior L1 engineers.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
• Proficient in Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
• Proficient with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.
• Hold Industry certifications e.g (Cisco/Fortinet).
• Must have MSP Experience.
