Job summary

Sydney Water is seeking a senior leader to manage Customer Billing and Revenue Operations, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing and robust revenue collection. You will oversee SAP ISU and CRM systems, drive change initiatives, and lead a large multi-discipline team in a regulated utilities setting.

You will partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and customer service to deliver a best-in-class billing experience while controlling costs and improving cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, IT, accounting, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years leading large, high-volume customer service or revenue functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead billing and revenue functions to deliver accurate, timely service for millions of invoices.
• Develop and execute the Customer Billing & Revenue roadmap aligned with strategy and customer experience goals.
• Drive continuous improvements in billing, payment, and revenue processes; promote on-time payment.
