Job summary

Sydney Water in Parramatta is seeking an experienced leader to oversee customer billing and revenue delivery. You will manage billing systems (SAP ISU and CRM), drive on-time invoicing and healthy cashflow, and lead continuous improvement to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

7+ years leading large, high-volume customer service or revenue operations.
Degree in business, IT, accounting, finance or related field.
Strong background in billing, utilities, banking, finance and revenue collection environments.
Experience leading change and streamlining processes.
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder, contractor and union relationship skills.
Knowledge of billing systems and SAP with focus on improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead customer billing and revenue functions with accurate, timely service delivery.
Develop the Customer Billing & Revenue roadmap aligned to strategy and customer experience goals.
Drive continuous improvement in billing, payment and revenue processes.
Oversee billing operations delivering millions of bills annually and improve on-time payment.
Lead the strategy for debt collection and recovery.
Manage critical billing and customer systems (SAP ISU, CRM) and pricing changes.
Monitor contractor and supplier performance across print, banking, mail, and payment services.
