Avina seeks an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Western Sydney team, based from the Penrith office. You will deliver Positive Behaviour Support across home, school, community and other environments with autonomy over your schedule and caseload.
You will conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans, collaborating with participants, families and other clinicians to achieve meaningful, sustainable outcomes.

Why our Penrith team? You’ll be joining an established multidisciplinary team of Behaviour Support Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, a Psychologist and Physiotherapist, supporting clients across the Blue Mountains, Nepean, Hawkesbury and Western Sydney.
