Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in NSW. You’ll work across diverse settings to help create meaningful change for individuals, families and systems. The role emphasizes supervision, professional development and leadership opportunities.

We offer flexible hours, work-from-home for admin, travel allowance, extra leave, and ongoing PD to advance expertise in behaviour support and related areas.

Qualifications

• Mandatory psychology-related degree and relevant field.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Driver's Licence and background checks (WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening) or ability to obtain before commencement.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting developing practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Providing assessment, intervention and consultation services to individuals with complex needs.
• Supporting individuals, families, carers and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Mentoring and coaching developing practitioners.
• Contributing to discipline growth, clinical innovation and service development.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic, person-centred outcomes.
