Job summary

Zenith Executive Search is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join a well-established allied health team in Victoria. You will manage your own caseload, conduct functional assessments and develop behaviour support plans in collaboration with families, carers and multidisciplinary colleagues.

The role offers a supportive, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for clinical development, regular supervision and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proficient-level Behaviour Support Practitioner or close to Proficient.
• Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support within the NDIS.
• Confident in completing assessments and developing Behaviour Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and identify functions of behaviours of concern.
• Develop Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
• Manage own caseload with participants, families and support networks.
• Provide coaching, education and training to families and carers.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve positive outcomes.
• Support clients with restrictive practices where appropriate, including fade-out planning.
• Complete autonomy over calendar and bookings.
