Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our NSW multidisciplinary clinical team. You’ll deliver high-quality behaviour support across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings and mentor developing practitioners.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology or a related discipline.
• Proficient level in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) framework as per NDIS Quality & Safeguards.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence; Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner; experience coaching/mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality behaviour support services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Mentor developing practitioners and contribute to discipline growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic, person-centred outcomes.
• Assist in assessments and interventions for diverse and complex needs.
