MRAEL in Australia is seeking a Business Development Consultant who thrives on conversation, opens doors, and helps employers access apprenticeship and trainee solutions. You will speak with business owners and decision-makers to uncover workforce needs, book discovery conversations with our consultants, and contribute to KPI-driven success while building lasting relationships.

You will be part of a dynamic team across Australia, with ongoing coaching and clear career pathways into recruitment

Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, call centres, recruitment, or business development.
Comfortable making outbound calls to business owners.
Resilient, motivated and positive.

Responsibilities

Start Meaningful Conversations - Connect with businesses across Australia and introduce them to the benefits of employing apprentices and trainees.
Find New Opportunities - Identify businesses that may benefit from workforce development solutions and uncover future hiring needs.
Book Quality Appointments - Create interest and arrange discovery conversations between prospective employers and our specialist consultants.
Build Relationships - Develop rapport with business owners, managers, and decision-makers while representing the MRAEL brand.
Drive Success - Work toward achievable KPIs and enjoy being rewarded for the opportunities you help create.
