Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, call centres, recruitment, or business development.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
• Comfort with achieving KPI targets and targets-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Start Meaningful Conversations with Australian businesses and introduce apprenticeships and traineeships.
• Identify businesses that may benefit from workforce development solutions.
• Book quality appointments for our consultants to conduct discovery conversations.
• Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers for the MRAEL brand.
• Drive success by meeting achievable KPIs and contributing to opportunities.
