Job summary

UpperGround by Hudson is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support an independent statutory authority's Frontier AI project, focusing on strengthening the organisation's capability to respond to emerging AI-related cyber security risks.

You will lead requirements elicitation, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and SMEs, map current and future processes, develop requirements and use cases, assess options, and support solution design and business readiness.

Qualifications

• Cyber security transformation and technology risk management experience.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, IAM, PAM, vulnerability/exposure management and patch management.
• Experience across infrastructure, security, identity, networks and cloud.
• NV1 clearance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis and prioritisation.
• Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders and technical SMEs.
• Analyse current and future-state processes and identify improvements.
• Develop requirements, user stories, process maps, use cases and impact assessments.
• Assess solution options and provide actionable, executive-ready recommendations.
• Support solution design, testing, implementation and business readiness.
