Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Customer Data Foundations) to bridge strategic product vision with technical execution. You will own the squad backlog, shape sprint priorities, and drive solutions across CDP, GCP, and BigQuery within the Data & AI pillar. Hybrid work model across Sydney or Melbourne is offered.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration with Architecture and Data teams, and delivering value through modern analytics and MarTech integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field.
• 5 years as a Senior BA, Senior Data Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Lead in an agile environment.
• Strong SQL, BI tools and data analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own backlog and refine sprint priorities for Customer Data Foundations.
• Translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Architecture and Data & AI teams on SaaS vs AI model solutions.
• Work with CDP, GCP, BigQuery and MarTech ecosystems.
• Plan releases and ensure operational readiness and adoption.
