Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge strategic vision and technical delivery for Customer Data Foundations. You’ll own squad backlog, drive sprint priorities, and craft actionable user stories enabling hyper-personalised journeys.

You’ll collaborate with Architecture and Data & AI teams to compare SaaS options with proprietary AI models, ensuring low total cost of ownership while shaping a scalable data platform rollout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5 years as a Senior Business Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Lead in agile delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, modern BI tools, data analytics and self-sufficiency in querying data.
• Hands-on cloud experience, API integrations, AI/ML concepts, and Jira/Confluence proficiency.
• Experience delivering CDP implementations, CRM rollouts or MarTech projects.
• Strong communication, influencing skills and ownership mindset across squads.

Responsibilities

• Backlog ownership: prioritise and refine the squad backlog to align with product roadmaps.
• Sprint execution: set goals, refine backlog, and ensure work meets acceptance criteria.
• User story creation: translate requirements into high-quality stories and specs.
• Value solutioning: evaluate SaaS vs AI models for cost and value.
• Domain expertise: act as SME across CDP, GCP, BigQuery and MarTech.
• Release planning: convert 1–3 year roadmaps into phased releases.
• Operational readiness: enable transition, training and rapid capability adoption.
• Vendor leadership: support partner management and integration into squads.
