Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Process & Systems Transformation) to drive enterprise-scale technology and process transformation across Australia. You will bridge business operations, solution architects, and external vendors, leading deep end-to-end analysis and shaping robust technical requirements.

You will guide software and hardware implementations, facilitate workshops, and ensure business readiness.

Qualifications

Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst leading complex business process re-engineering and technology transformation projects.
Proven ability to bridge business operations with technical delivery teams and vendor partners.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms and multi-site retail environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex requirements and target-state process models across transformation initiatives.
Partner with solution architects and product/vendor specialists to design and implement technology platforms and optimised processes.
Drive delivery of software and hardware solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the enterprise.
Plan and facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with executives and cross-functional teams.
Establish test strategies, traceability, and UAT frameworks to ensure delivered solution quality.
Champion change readiness, training design, and post‑implementation support for sustainable transformation.
Identify and mitigate risks and governance issues across concurrent project streams.
