XPT Software is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Complaints/Estates stream. You will evaluate downstream impacts of UNITE transformation initiatives on the Complaints business in Customer Production and Support, define business requirements, and support Agile delivery teams through readiness activities.

You will drive process design, SOP updates, training, communications, UAT, BPIV, and change management to ensure successful delivery and adoption across stakeholders.

• Defines business requirements for Complaints/Estates projects.
• Supports Agile delivery teams and ensures traceability.
• Executes impact assessments and process design changes.
• Coordinates SOP updates, training, communications, and UAT.
