Job summary

XPT Software Australia PTY Ltd is seeking a highly seasoned Business Analyst to operate across multiple Lines of Business as part of enterprise-scale transformation programs. This principal level BA will own discovery, target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.

They will also lead stakeholder engagement across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture and Operations, with Westpac banking experience being highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on major transformation programs involving multiple LoBs (e.g., Retail, Institutional, Risk, Finance, Operations).
• End-to-end BA ownership, including discovery, target-state design, requirements, delivery support, SIT/UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Exceptional ability to manage and influence stakeholders across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Architecture, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own discovery and target-state design for complex transformation programs across multiple LoBs.

This role requires a principal level BA with 25+ yearsof experience who can confidently navigate complex environments and driveoutcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Requirements:
