xAmplify is seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure/Software Engineer to join our Technology Services team, supporting a key Australian Government client. This hands-on role sits within our Agile Integrated Managed Services delivery team and covers Azure, Microsoft 365, on-premises infrastructure and critical applications.

You’ll ensure the reliability, security and performance of critical systems while contributing to cloud modernization, automation and operational excellence.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in Information Technology environments.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience in hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, infrastructure and application support.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications, databases and integrations.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and identity management technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues.
• Experience in structured service delivery environments and ITIL-based processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure/Software Engineer to join our Technology Services team supporting a key Australian Government client.

This hands-on role sits within our Agile Integrated Managed Services (AIMS) delivery team and is responsible for supporting, maintaining and enhancing a complex hybrid technology environment spanning Azure, Microsoft 365, on-premises infrastructure and business-critical applications.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security and performance of critical systems while contributing to cloud modernisation initiatives, continuous improvement activities and operational excellence. Working as part of a collaborative technical team, you’ll help deliver meaningful outcomes for our customer while supporting the ongoing evolution of their technology landscape.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Engagement Type

Permanent, Full-Time

For this role we are seeking individuals wanting to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

For this role, we are offering a base salary renumeration range of $150,000 – $170,000 plus superannuation.
