Job summary

Agilitus in Brisbane is seeking an Information Technology Support Analyst to deliver high-quality technical help desk support across the business. You will manage incidents and service requests, support Microsoft technologies, and contribute to improving IT systems.

You will provide local and remote assistance for hardware, software, and user issues; troubleshoot AV and Teams equipment; and ensure asset registers and software licensing are up to date.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar IT support role.
• Proven experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with Active Directory administration and support.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting skills.

As the Information Technology Support Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business, ensuring ICT services are delivered effectively and aligned with business needs. You will manage incidents and service requests, support a range of Microsoft technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Managing ICT service request and Incidents for hardware and software, ensuring responses are based on ITIL principles
• Provide local and remote support for hardware, software, and user issues
• Support and troubleshooting of local AV / Microsoft Teams equipment
• Install, configure, update, and remove business applications
• Deploy and configure hardware for new and existing employees
• Manage and maintain ICT asset registers and software licensing compliance

About you
