Job summary

Boeing is seeking a motivated individual to join the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services team. The Responsible Manager will oversee the operation and regulatory compliance for C-17 ASSC and Amberley Backshop DASR Part 145 and Part 21G at RAAF Base Amberley, Ipswich, QLD.

With Chartered status through Engineering Australia and a minimum of five years in aviation maintenance, you will lead safety and quality initiatives, review DASR MOE updates, and support the MRO Operations Manager in

Qualifications

• Chartered status through Engineering Australia is required.
• At least five years’ experience in aviation engineering and maintenance.
• Aircraft maintenance engineer qualifications desirable.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance work meets DASR and MOE requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality and Safety Managers to support SESMS.
• Investigate actions resulting from quality compliance monitoring.
• Review and update DASR Part 145 and 21G command media.
• Provide leadership to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
