Job summary

Sterling Parts Australia is seeking a Senior Auto Parts Interpreter to join our Customer Relations team at the Victoria West Derrimut branch. You’ll identify parts, provide tailored quotes and finalise sales mostly through our website and phone channels, acting as a trusted partner to mechanics and workshops.

As a senior team member, you’ll handle complex enquiries with expert knowledge, build long-term relationships, and help teammates with difficult questions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated focus on accuracy when identifying parts and cross-referencing for older vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and compatibility.
• Experience converting quotes into sales and building supplier relationships.
• Excellent phone and written communication with customers and workshops.
