NOVA Entertainment is seeking a senior expert to lead Audience Intelligence, ensuring accuracy and turning complex data into clear business insights. You will safeguard reporting quality and provide guidance on complex projects while balancing leadership with hands-on delivery.

You’ll translate data into actionable business implications, build trusted stakeholder relationships and drive practical outcomes. A proactive, commercially minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years' experience in audience intelligence, insights, analytics or media measurement.
• Deep expertise in audience measurement, market research, media data and industry tools.
• Operational leadership with workflow management, prioritisation, quality assurance and team delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proactive, commercially minded with attention to detail and continuous-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of Audience Intelligence, balancing workflow, resources, priorities and delivery timelines across competing demands.
• Set clear quality standards and review key reports, presentations, research outputs, insights and commercial responses.
• Build scalable processes, frameworks and documentation that improve efficiency and protect team knowledge.
• Coach team members and provide senior guidance on complex projects.
• Translate audience and research data into clear business implications, actions and compelling commercial stories.
• Partner across the organisation to ensure audience intelligence is applied to business opportunities.
• Support strategic transformation initiatives, including new methodologies, tools, products, processes and external partners.
