Job summary

Hostplus is seeking a Senior Data & Insights Analyst to turn complex data into trusted insights that inform strategic decisions and improve member outcomes. You will lead analytics across BI, advanced analytics and AI, partner with data engineers, and deliver dashboards and reports that executives rely on.

You will mentor analysts, uphold data governance, and champion responsible AI adoption. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics, advanced SQL, Power BI, Python and Snowflake, experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, BI, or related roles with stakeholder mentoring.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience using AI technologies for analytics and trusted data.
• Ability to translate analyses into strategic commercial outcomes.
• Knowledge of dimensional/Kimball modelling and collaboration with Data Engineers.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of analytics solutions across BI, advanced analytics and AI.
• Partner with Data Engineers to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business language for executives.
• Mentor and uplift analysts while promoting data governance and responsible AI.
