Job summary

Clayton Utz in Perth is seeking a Senior Associate/Special Counsel to join our Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety (WRES) Perth team. The role offers exposure to a tier-one practice and the opportunity to work on large, complex matters for major clients.

You'll advise on all aspects of workplace relations—from industrial relations, employment, and work health and safety to anti-discrimination and diversity.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Senior Associate/Special Counsel position.
• Strong academic ability and drafting skills.
• Ability to provide timely, accurate and commercially astute advice.
• Drive for business development and growth of the practice.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on all aspects of workplace relations, including industrial relations, employment, work health and safety, discrimination and diversity.
• Contribute to litigation across Courts and Tribunals as needed.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver strategic advice and client service.
