Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad background in environmental law with planning and Aboriginal heritage knowledge.
• Strong legislative interpretation and advice drafting skills.
• Experience with State Administrative Tribunal or higher courts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior lawyers within the ESD team.
• Provide clear, strategic advice to clients across mining, renewables, and infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with partners and cross-practice teams to deliver complex regulatory solutions.
