Hall & Wilcox is seeking an experienced workers' compensation lawyer to join the Insurance practice in Perth. The role offers hands-on work with top insurers and a clear pathway for progression.

You will bring 5+ years post-admission experience, preferably on the defendant side, and a strong aptitude for written briefs, analysis, and client advisory work. Perth-based with hybrid working options available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years post-admission experience in workers' compensation.
• Defendant practice experience preferred; adaptable to plaintiff background.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Commitment to building a career in workers' compensation law.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in workers' compensation matters in WA.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Insurance WA team.
• Collaborate with partners and junior lawyers on complex matters.
• Deliver clear legal writing and practical solutions for clients.
