Job summary

Hall & Wilcox in Sydney is seeking a Lawyer or Associate to join the Statutory Insurance - Workers' Compensation practice based in our Sydney office. You will join a highly regarded team handling personal injury and workers' compensation matters for employers and insurers, with clear career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of post-admission experience in personal injury and workers' compensation.
Experience on the defendant side is ideal.
Clear, concise legal writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service.
Ability to mentor and supervise junior team members.
Initiative and ability to organise and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

Advise on Workers' Compensation claims for employers/insurers.
Work within a defendant insurance team on personal injury matters.
Draft and edit legal documents with clear writing and accuracy.
Mentor and supervise junior members of the team.
