Job summary

Maddocks is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Real Estate Development team in Melbourne. You will play a key role in leading matters, managing client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers while working closely with Partners on complex development projects across multiple sectors.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and opportunities for career progression within a market-leading practice focused on end-to-end development advice and client service excellence.

Qualifications

5-7+ years' PQE in property law.
Strong experience in property development matters.
Strategic, commercially focused advice to clients.
Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and project management.

Responsibilities

Lead matters in property development projects across residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors.
Manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.
Collaborate with Partners on complex and high-profile development matters.
Contribute to business development initiatives and firm growth.
