Job summary

Maddocks is seeking a Licensed Conveyancer to join the Real Estate team in Sydney on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will work closely with lawyers and other conveyancers to manage end-to-end conveyancing for developments and other matters using our in-house platform and PEXA projects.

You will handle database management, matter file creation, searches, document drafting, and timely registration of dealings, with opportunities to liaise directly with clients and delegate to support staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Conveyancer with experience in large-scale developments.
• Experience managing high-volume conveyancing workflows.
• Proficient with PEXA, Eportfolio and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume conveyancing workload.
• Conduct property transactions with focus on developments.
• Draft correspondence and undertake searches for matters.
• Register dealings in PEXA and related platforms.
