Job summary

Commonwealth Bank in Sydney seeks a Senior Associate in Operational Excellence to ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and regulatory commitments while driving quality across Global Trade Operations.

You will collaborate with the GTO team to complete quality assessments, identify and remediate risks, and coach colleagues to uphold high standards. You will also contribute to updating SOPs and supporting regulatory submissions as part of a continuous improvement program.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance experience with documenting findings.
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Ability to coach teams and provide feedback.
• Experience improving trade operations processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete a required number of quality assessments while meeting schedule.
• Mitigate risk by identifying and logging items and assisting remediation.
• Set and maintain the standard for GTO decision making and regulatory submissions.
• Engage multiple stakeholders to provide data-driven feedback and guidance.
• Support SOP development and complete related administrative tasks.
