Job summary

CommBank’s Global Trade Operations team seeks a Senior Associate to drive Operational Excellence within the COO. The role focuses on compliance with SOPs and policies while maintaining risk awareness and delivering high-quality trade finance services.

You will collaborate across the team to meet SLAs, provide actionable feedback, and support the update of SOPs and regulatory submissions, strengthening client service and process quality.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AML and sanctions requirements.
• Experience in Quality Assurance with coaching abilities.
• Understanding of trade finance processes and settlement.
• Experience improving client service by refining processes.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality assessments while meeting schedule.
• Mitigate risk via prompt identification and remediation.
• Set and maintain GTO decision-making and regulatory standards.
• Engage stakeholders to provide data-driven feedback.
• Support SOP development and handle administrative tasks.
