Commonwealth Bank's Global Trade Operations is seeking a Senior Associate - Operational Excellence to ensure compliance with SOPs, policies and regulatory commitments. You will assess trade documents, provide feedback and coaching to improve quality and risk management.

You will collaborate across teams to maintain SLA targets, support SOP development, and drive improvements in trade finance processes, settlements and customer service while safeguarding regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AML and sanctions requirements.
• Quality assurance skills with coaching experience.
• Familiarity with trade finance processes and settlements.
