NewU Recruitment is assisting a boutique Western Suburbs agency to recruit an Assistant / Junior Property Manager. You’ll work closely with an experienced Head of Department, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of Property Management and a genuine pathway to managing your own portfolio.

Based in the Western Suburbs, you’ll receive full training and strong support from a dedicated team, with opportunities to learn systems, processes and grow your career toward independent portfolio

Qualifications

• Has WA Property Registration – essential.
• Previous Real Estate or Property Management experience.
• Professional presentation and strong communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a portfolio manager.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of residential portfolio.

They’re now looking for an Assistant / Junior Property Manager to join their Property Management team and work alongside an experienced and highly supportive Head of Department. This is not your typical junior role. You’ll get hands‑on exposure to all aspects of Property Management, plenty of support and training, and a genuine pathway to managing your own portfolio.

About The Role

Working closely with the Head of Property Management, you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting the day‑to‑day management of a residential portfolio.
• Property management administration and coordination.
• Invoicing, reporting and property file management.
• Tracking key dates and compliance requirements.
• Responding to owner and tenant enquiries.
• Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting with arrears and funds management.

• Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management.
• Current WA Property Registration – essential.
