Northern Beaches Council is seeking a Principal Asset Manager on a TRP contract for a full-time role, 35 hours per week, based in Sydney. The package starts from AUD 186,982.40 to AUD 200,000+ per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

The role focuses on policy/strategy implementation and coordinating asset plans and revaluations across the Council. The successful candidate will lead asset teams, support executive managers across the asset lifecycle, and drive the Asset Improvement
