Northern Beaches Council is seeking a dynamic Principal Asset Manager (TRP Contract) to lead asset management across the organisation. With more than $6 billion in assets, you’ll steer policy implementation, asset planning and revaluations to optimise the lifecycle of our capital base.

Aufgaben

• Implement Council's Asset Management Policy and Asset Management Strategy, including coordination and oversight of development of asset management plans and asset revaluations across Council with Asset Managers.
• Support Executive Managers and asset teams in delivering all aspects of the asset lifecycle including optimisation, and coordinating the delivery of the Asset Improvement Action Plan.
