Responsibilities

• Implementation of Council's Asset Management Policy and Asset Management Strategy, including coordination and oversight of asset management plans and asset revaluations across Council.
• Support Executive Managers and asset teams in delivering all aspects of the asset lifecycle, including optimisation and the Asset Improvement Action Plan.
