Job summary

Endeavour Group is seeking a Senior Accountant (Asset Management) to ensure capital ledger integrity across onshore and offshore delivery teams. You will lead the transition from Great Plains to SAP S/4HANA, drive data migration, and develop SOPs to support go-live and ongoing controls.

You will oversee ERP testing, resolve data variances, and coordinate month-end close and reporting with OneStream governance. Strong finance change management and partner engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Shared Services, or Global Business Services, preferably with some experience with retail related accounting activities.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA, Great Plains or Dynamics 365.
• Accounting professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital accounting framework and stand up robust processes for capital purchases and asset accounting in the new ERP environment.
• Lead data migration of asset and capital data from Great Plains to SAP S/4HANA with data integrity and ledger matching.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA UAT testing and defect mitigation; ensure data validation using SQL in GCP.
• Oversee month-end close, financial reporting governance, and coordination with offshore delivery teams.
